peaceful location superb buffet cozy room missing phone loud tv
the location was peaceful. i really enjoyed the forest surrounding the hotel. the breakfast buffet provided was superb (there was also a nice staff member). the room was very cozy.
i had to drag my bags upstairs myself. there was no phone in the room. one night, the music from the tv next door was too loud, and i had to go to reception in my pajamas.

The pricing felt off given what was available starting at 600 euros a night. I booked a standard room that had no mini-bar or even basic amenities. The view overlooked the garage. There was also an unpleasant smell. The linens and room smelled musty. I was moved to a better room after complaining, but the hotel still lacks basic services like luggage assistance and comfortable communal areas. The restaurant had the same buffet daily. I saw no meat options or a real à la carte menu. I found the experience unacceptable given the high rates.
